As it is said Home is where the Heart is, but for myself I always say My Heart is where my Home is. The place that brings me utmost comfort is my Home, no better place than that in the world. I enjoy travelling, and do travel a lot, but once back home the feeling is blissful, it feels like I am back in my nest. It's a place where I am completely myself.
At this point of time, I have multiple homes, and I keep moving between them, which is a blessing. But the one that brings me the most comfort is my home in Mumbai, which is the place that I have spent the maximum time of my life. The other places I live are also nice, but yet I yearn to always go back to my comfort home. There are so many special memories of my life created there, that I feel it talks to me all the time. The funny part is it's the simplest and smallest home from the other places that I live, but yet my most favorite one. My new home that I built up 2 years back is much bigger and has almost everything that I desired to have in my space and I love that space, but still if I have to compare between the two, the first one is more close to my heart.
This is the home where I got married and started a new life, my son was born here, I have had countless of happy and sad times here, achieved all my life goals here and created so many special memories. It feels like every single space of the home has a story to tell of my life. Whenever I travel back to Mumbai and get to my home, I feel a sense of fulfillment and when I leave from there a part of me is always left behind. It always feels incomplete when I am not staying in that home. So it is a place of utmost comfort and joy for me.
