As some of you already know that I have an Airbnb business, which I am enjoying thoroughly. It's full of challenges and yet very exciting. Every guest that walks in gives me a new experience. Some times it gets very rough also if the clients are problematic but then over a period of time I have learnt to deal with them. There are times when I have to be very stern and there are times when I need to overlook some matters and go soft. There is no one approach in running this business. As much as I enjoy this business but this is still not my dream business. To be very honest I had never ever in my life planned for this Airbnb business, it just happened.
My dream business is to start a Yoga studio and a Crystal Shop along with it. In my Yoga studio along with Yoga I would do a lot of other different healing therapies like Reiki, Crystal healing, Sound healing and Pendulum dowsing. Along with the therapies I will also keep a part of the studio to sell all different types of crystals in various forms, such as raw and jewelry. It would be an integrated one stop destination in the wellness space. A place where people would come and feel calm and relaxed. A place that offers wellness and when people leave from there all they go is with good energy and vibes.
This is my passion, so I would not look at too much of profit. But at the same time, it cannot be a loss making business also, so some profit is important. I should be able to recover the cost of running the business, which is important and also make some additional money to keep upgrading my place. I believe that this business will totally make me feel empowered. Where being independent is concerned, I have always been one, doing my own things whatever I have liked to do in life, so that is not very important for me, as it comes naturally to me. Here it's all about fulfilling my passion.
Right now I do some of the healing therapies from home, and it has never been about money. Most of the time I do it for free also. Yes, but if I have a proper studio then I need to keep in mind the recurring cost of the maintenance of the place, so it cannot be anymore free. When I shift back to India permanently I already have this in mind, so let's see if it is part of my destiny or not.
