This last whole week was a little down for me, emotionally and physically, recovering from yet another throat infection which has been back-to-back, twice in a span of 3 months and I am not liking it and then all this market dump and some other personal issues took over me. Anyways on Friday then I had some friends come over home and that did cheer up my mood. Hubby prepared a sumptuous meal for all of us and we had a good time. Though, I was still not at my best. Last evening I could not think of anything else then going to the beach and getting my full energy back. I know it's my go to place and it always helps me heal, not physically but at mental and emotional level for sure.

In such times I know that here I will be boosted back with full vitamin E, which is always the case and yes, the magic did work. I decided to go a little early to get the Sunset, and I was just on time for it. I do get dramatic at times and start playing the victim role for myself once in a while but then this kind of boost which brings me back to my senses. Once in a while I guess it happens with each one of us and we all have our ways and means to get out of the rabbit hole. There are days when I like to sulk, it's not a regular practice, but it does happen kind of once in 6 months or so. I am trying to be mindful of such times and work with myself, but then sometimes I feel, it's ok to process those negative emotions also, as far as I am not stuck into them for a long time.

The weather is so amazing right now that I feel like being outdoors all the evenings. Spending time here is the best feeling for me, and now it's just a month more to this good weather so I need to make the most of it.
