I mentioned about out resort visit which was planned for Friday. It was an overnight stay at one of the beach facing resort in the city. Couple of months back, I was at the shopping mall, where they had some promotional offers going on for this resort, and they were giving out stay at 50% discount. It is a steal offer, because this place is expensive and a 50% off is a very good grab. Right now it's off season so that's why they had these promotional deals going on. We had to avail the offer by end of Sept. Since Friday was our New Year, me and hubby planned to visit here and spend the day with a few other friends.
In the offer, the room we had was not the sea facing room. At the check-in hubby took a chance to check if they could offer us a sea facing room, because that's the real beauty of this place. The executive was kind enough, he did offer us a sea facing room with a very nominal extra charge, which then became all worth it. Because coming to a beach resort and not having the sea view sounds all pointless.
That's the view from the room, how I wish I could stay here forever. I don't think I can ever get bored of these views.
There is a lazy river view also from the room, In the evening time along with hubby and friends we had a great time here.
It's a very beautiful set up, a walking path, the lazy river and then the beach.

This is the view on the other side, the pool view, which was in the offer. One of our friend did not want the sea view so they stayed on this side. It's not bad here as well, but I enjoy the sea view more.
