Hello friends of this community of strong legs and will of steel... 🤣

Today I have finally decided to share the video in which... ‘she took a bath’.

What you will see here is a very nice route through some streets in the municipality of Miramar in Havana, Cuba. I especially like the beginning because we see there in the distance where we are going.

The video has its cuts because I don't learn how to place the camera correctly. This time I put it on my wrist. You're also going to see the jumps because the roads are not very well paved. With time and without attention the holes get bigger and bigger.

But look, I'll explain, sometimes I record my rides to save them here on my blog and share them with you, but I also want to enjoy these moments, and you'll see that the guys who accompany me are not very keen on waiting for my slow enjoyment. I've already scolded them for that, not because they don't wait for me, but because in the city you shouldn't be in such a hurry. It is dangerous.

I understand that everyone's enjoyment is different. If I enjoy going to places, feeling their vibe, learning from them, observing what has gone unnoticed for me so far and taking pictures, for them it's all about adrenaline and speed.

Nothing... balance will be achieved. Or not, or I will become a time trial runner. Hahaha... joke. 😄

This Akaso Brave 4 camera came with a few accessories, mounts such as chest mount, wrist mount, helmet mount and other bands to attach it to the bike handlebars and other places. I know, I must spend time testing the camera to determine the right spots and angle where it can best capture the scenes. Maybe these days when I still can't afford long rides, I'll do that.

The place we went to is the shoreline of 1st and 70th street. It is a nice area, with very prosperous hotels and shops. There you can see the Hotel Gran Muthu Habana. On that day I was struck by the joy of the people after having had a general power cut of 3 or 4 days... for some of them longer in some neighbourhoods of our capital and worse luck for people in other provinces of Cuba.

So, I didn't think I would see so many people there. These are the moments when I get pensive and say to myself, life goes on. We cannot wallow in what we lack but live in abundance. Our thoughts are key to this challenge.

What is the point of complaining about something we cannot control? It is better to go for those moments that we can enjoy, by being present.
