Por eso, podemos hacer grandes diseños con cosas que tenemos a nuestro alrededor y hoy traigo para ustedes un diseño atemporal sobre el Araguaney. Esta actividad sirvió para explorar el entorno y fomentar la preservación de este árbol emblemático que me fascina cuando se torna amarillo, considero que ilumina el paisaje como un rayo de sol.

A este respecto, el pasado 29 de mayo se elogió el Día del Árbol Nacional, es decir, el Día del Araguaney, una fecha significativa para perpetuar las riquezas naturales de nuestro país. Por eso, quise realizar una actividad artística para resaltar esta grandiosa efeméride. Esta noche quiero compartir con ustedes las actividades que realicé junto a mis educandos para agasajar este grandioso "árbol de oro" que forma parte de nuestra identidad nacional.

**Actividad Nº 1: Collage de Hojas**
La primera actividad que se realizo fue un collage de hojas, que consiste en diseñar o crear una composición con diferentes materiales. Para esto se utilizo: Hojas y pequeñas ramas secas, pega liquida, silicón en barra y hojas blanca. Para esta actividad, se les solicitó a los educandos que buscaran por las áreas verdes de la institución hojas y pequeñas ramas secas para realizar dicho collage. A cada uno se le dio una hoja blanca que sirvió como el lienzo donde se plasmaría esta obra artística. Los niños dejaron volar su imaginación y creatividad, comenzaron adherir en la hoja blancas las pequeñas ramas secas en representación del tronco del árbol y también adhirieron las hojas secas que simbolizan la frondosidad amarilla de dicho árbol, es decir, los estudiantes realizaron diferentes árboles en representación al Araguaney.

**Activity Nº 1: Collage of Leaves**
The first activity was a collage of leaves, which consists of designing or creating a composition with different materials. Leaves and small dry branches, liquid glue, silicone sticks and white leaves were used for this activity. For this activity, the students were asked to look for leaves and small dry branches in the green areas of the institution to make the collage. Each one was given a white sheet of paper that served as the canvas where this artistic work would take shape. The children let their imagination and creativity fly, they began to adhere on the white sheet the small dry branches representing the trunk of the tree and also adhered the dry leaves that symbolize the yellow leafiness of the tree, that is to say, the students made different trees representing the Araguaney.

**Actividad Nº 2: Creando el Araguaney con Cilindros de Papel Higiénico**
Para la segunda actividad, se utilizó: cilindros de papel higiénico, tijera, lápiz de grafito, pinturas al frío color amarillo, marrón y verde, pinceles, escarcha de color amarillo y verde. Luego, se aplastaron los cilindros de papel formando un rectángulo. En cada cilindro de papel higiénico se delineó un árbol con la ayuda del lápiz de grafito. Posteriormente, con la tijera se recortó el árbol, tomando en cuenta ambas caras del rectángulo, hecho con el cilindro de papel higiénico. Con el soporte del pincel, se le dio color al tronco del árbol, a la hierba y, por supuesto, a las flores del araguaney. Algunos le anexaron escarcha, dándole un brillo especial a esta bella actividad.

**Activity Nº 2: Creating the Araguaney with Toilet Paper Cylinders**
For the second activity, we used: toilet paper cylinders, scissors, graphite pencil, yellow, brown and green cold paints, paintbrushes, yellow and green frosting. The paper cylinders were then flattened into a rectangle. A tree was outlined on each toilet paper cylinder with the help of a graphite pencil. Afterwards, the tree was cut out with the scissors, taking into account both sides of the rectangle made with the toilet paper cylinder. With the support of the brush, color was given to the tree trunk, the grass and, of course, the araguaney flowers. Some added frost, giving a special shine to this beautiful activity.
