Hello dear friends, I hope you are well, surely at some point it has happened to you that you do not want to leave the house, the simple fact of having to greet someone requires you to make a giant effort. If it hasn't happened to you, it is happening to me, but that doesn't mean that I am going to stay there patiently waiting for my mind and my emotions to make me fall into depression again. Once I know my symptoms and notice that something is wrong I can take action and do what I can to get out of this deep sadness I'm feeling.

I am not saying with this that just by setting my mind to it I will avoid falling into depression, I wish I could handle it that way but I cannot, but I can use the methods that worked for me at the time. For example, going for a walk in the afternoon, exercising, listening to relaxing music. There are situations that mark you and it's as if your emotions say “I can't handle it anymore, I can't handle it”. You don't know when it's going to happen but you can do what you can so that you don't sink in the same way. Every experience we live is a lesson, so the lesson that depression left me is that I have to fight and not let myself be defeated in order to have that treasure that I appreciate so much: happiness.
