

Weight Loss Journey
I'm currently going through a weight loss journey that, although slow, I believe is steady and safe. I must admit I’m not sure when I gained 10 kilos above my usual weight. It just happened, and it's frustrating to think I don’t know how it got to that point—especially since it wasn’t due to overeating or junk food. According to my gynecologist, it was mainly caused by hormonal stress and poor sleep habits.
Still, despite all that, I choose to see the bright side. I realize that in the past, I hadn’t really paid much attention to healthy habits—not just food, but things like staying hydrated, walking, and getting proper rest. So now I see this as a great opportunity to do things better and become the best version of myself.
