13 de Junio •||• Día Europeo de la Prevención del Cáncer de Piel ❤️

Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive y esta comunidad en donde queremos exaltar todas las efemérides del mundo y las nacionales, también aquellas que son consideradas efemérides, pero no están en tendencia, por lo que hoy les vengo hablar de este día. El 13 de junio, en donde se celebra la **Día Europeo de la Prevención del Cáncer de Piel**, espero les guste.

La piel es el órgano más grande que tiene el ser humano, por ende es el que está más expuesto a los diferentes agentes contaminantes, el sol y los diferentes tipos de contaminación, es bueno siempre cuidarlo con buen cuido para prevenir enfermedades y otras situaciones, es por eso que nace el día del cuido y protección de la piel para prevenir el cáncer, ya que este es una enfermedad que está terminando con muchas personas, es por eso que cuidarse es la opción más favorable. La piel es reconstructiva, por ende absorbe nutrientes, pero, por otra parte, los pierde cuando es expuesta a altas temperaturas, también cuando no le damos el cuido adecuado, desde mi punto de vista es una parte de nuestro cuerpo que más rápido se deteriora, entonces es mejor darle el cuido necesario para prevenir enfermedades.

El cáncer es una enfermedad que ha hecho estrago en muchas personas, casi todos los que me leen tienen o han tenido algún familiar o conocido que ha pasado por la terrible enfermedad, entonces es bueno el momento para darle un alto y empezar a cuidarnos, pero particularmente de este tipo de cáncer que ata directamente nuestra hermosa piel, para eso es bueno usar cremas adecuadas, no exponernos a altas temperaturas, evitar los aceites, siempre usar protector solar y finalmente hidratarnos muy bien para que ella permanezca humedecida, igualmente cuidarlas con cremas y protecciones de piel, es adecuado usar camisa de manga larga cuando el sol está fuerte en esos días de verano, porque siempre hay un tiempo para lucir nuestra hermosa piel.

Aunque realmente no soy especialista en esta área, siempre me preocupó por lo que pueda pasar, siempre hablo desde mi experiencia, y lo que me ha resultado, a pesar de no ser la más cuidada con la piel si me gusta poder estar bien hidratada y usar lo necesario para cuidarla, aunque consideró que debería usar ropa tapada en esos días fuertes de sol, el cual a veces lo olvido, también amo ir a la playa aunque tengo tiempo que no lo hago. La piel es bastante importante, ya que es quien nos cuida y nos protege todo lo que constituye el cuerpo humano, entonces debemos cuidar con amor y siempre con cremas y protectores solares para evitar cáncer, además de una buena alimentación, ya que esto es un factor predominante cuando el cáncer ataca, una comida llena de nutrientes y balanceada hace la diferencia.

The skin is reconstructive, therefore it absorbs nutrients, but, on the other hand, it loses them when it is exposed to high temperatures, also when we do not give it the proper care, from my point of view it is a part of our body that deteriorates faster, so it is better to give it the necessary care to prevent diseases.

Cancer is a disease that has ravaged many people, almost everyone who reads me have or have had a family member or acquaintance who has gone through the terrible disease, then it is good time to give it a stop and start taking care of us, but particularly of this type of cancer that directly attacks our beautiful skin, for that it is good to use appropriate creams, not to expose ourselves to high temperatures, avoid oils, always use sunscreen and finally moisturize very well so that it remains moisturized, also take care of them with creams and skin protections, it is appropriate to wear long sleeve shirts when the sun is strong on those summer days, because there is always a time to show off our beautiful skin.

Although I am not really a specialist in this area, I always worry about what can happen, I always speak from my experience, and what has worked for me, despite not being the most careful with the skin if I like to be well hydrated and use what is necessary to take care of it, although I consider that I should wear covered clothing on those strong sunny days, which sometimes I forget, I also love going to the beach although I have time I do not do it. The skin is quite important, since it is who takes care of us and protects everything that makes up the human body, then we must take care with love and always with creams and sunscreens to avoid cancer, in addition to a good diet, as this is a predominant factor when cancer attacks, a meal full of nutrients and balanced makes the difference.
