‎The scientific name of the apple is Malus domestica. It grows well in cold environments, such as Europe, America or around the Himalayas. But now apples are available in almost all countries of the world, and even good quality apples are imported to our country. A medium apple contains about 95 calories, but more important than that is its nutritional value. Apples contain a lot of fiber, which helps keep the stomach clean, vitamin C, which boosts immunity, and antioxidants, which keep our body cells healthy. ‎ ‎Especially, apple peels contain a type of substance called quercetin, which helps keep the brain fresh. So scientists say it's better not to peel apples when eating them, but you must wash them thoroughly. And a type of fiber called pectin in apples acts as food for beneficial bacteria in the intestines. It improves digestion, reduces gastritis, and even improves mood! In a word, apples are not only good to eat, but if you eat them every day, your body is healthy and many diseases are kept away. That's why it is said that eating an apple every day keeps the doctor away.

Personally, I feel much lighter when I eat apples. Especially if I eat an apple on an empty stomach in the morning, my stomach stays clean, and I have less gastric or discomfort throughout the day. I have noticed that when I eat apples regularly, my digestion is facilitated, and the taste of food also increases.

Science says that apples contain a type of fiber called pectin, which helps keep the digestive system healthy. In addition, they contain vitamin C, antioxidants, and potassium, which increase the body's immunity and keep cells healthy. I also think that eating apples not only keeps the body cool, but also keeps the head cool. Maybe the reason for this is the ingredient called quercetin in it, which is beneficial for the brain.

The best thing is that it has a balance of sweet, sour-sweet taste, and can be eaten with the peel, which has more nutrients. Overall, in my experience, eating apples means getting some kind of easy, healthy, and natural benefits for the body.

It is a beautiful gift of nature, not just a fruit, it should retain the body fit with regular consumption and the mind blissful.
