The summertime in the Philippines for this year was thoroughly enjoyed by RM. She was able to explore different places that taught her valuable lessons that are beneficial to her well-being.
In this blog, I'm going to share the exploration and discoveries of the beautiful places that she had visited from the province to the city. She was able to cherish this moment too as she unlocked wonderful adventures that are making a difference to her.
The Province Adventure
With the different travels that we have been together, she learned the importance of planning and responsibilities. It set her mind that she needed to pack up the things needed for our trip without reminding her of all the stuff needed. She had risen early, exhilarated and energetic to climb another mountain and be mesmerized by its splendid beauty.
It is in this hiking that the appreciation of the world's everlasting beauty is felt. She forgot momentarily the materialistic things that surrounded our house and happily connected with nature. The dramatic scene of this place brought her to total relaxation of her mind and body.
I was thinking positively about how to enhance the skills that she needs in the future. Without exploring the outside world, if she keeps on staying in her comfort zone her knowledge will not widen and will stagnate her well-being. And I was so glad that her eagerness motivated her to explore beyond the horizon to develop her skills and gain more strategies that can be used in her life. Caving is challenging and this taught her some techniques to overcome and be successful in her goal.
Being able to explore different caves in one day is such a fulfilling activity. It requires more effort and a set of tactics especially in descending and ascending paths, however, she surpassed all the pretty challenging obstacles. Without any hesitation, the triumph was reached, and as a reward, the splendid beauty inside the cave was embraced. Incredibly, the best part is to see the wonders inside.
This adventure taught her how to value nature's goodness. Seeing herself amidst the natural beauty of the outside environment allowed her to feel the real world. How beautiful to live in this world wherein she can feel that with nature, everything is amazing.
There was a sense of camaraderie as we did this journey with the team. Her confidence in this state was boosted and had met new friends. Knowing new friends can be daunting and the experience that she had had given more courage to meet and greet new people.
The City Adventure
I was astonished at how RM adapted to the changes from being a province girl exploring the city world. In my childhood years, I never tried exploring beautiful places. And I was happy that my child had experienced the goodness of being a wanderer.
The big difference in city life has been observed by my child. The great development, the different infrastructures, and the establishments are seen in every corner of the street. The values that she learned in the province adventure were still applicable in this journey.
She learned the importance of socialization which is beneficial in honing her confidence. I saw the overflowing joy that she had felt as she continued exploring the wonders of the city.
Her stay in the city brought her to relaxation same as she experienced in the province. Her quick stay here was great and was entertaining. She loves it too.
She loved bonding with her cousins and asked them to bring her to a certain place where her stomach would be satisfied. And off they went to Starbucks to have some frappe. It made her satisfied and contented.
These adventures will surely remain in my child's memory and forever will be kept in her heart and her mind. These activities help her to be open to the world of reality and that there are changes as she grows every day. These wanders have had a better impact on her life which is truly life-changing and inspiring.
