La primera práctica de Kickboxing de Jonas // [ENG-ESP]

Well, friends, today I want to share with you the beginning of my son's kickboxing training. But first, I want to tell you a little about how this idea came about. From the moment he was diagnosed, the doctor suggested a series of activities that would help him not only tire him out but also regulate his activity. These activities would help him integrate and create habits that would improve his concentration and the way he relates to others. Among the sports he suggested were soccer, swimming, and taekwondo, but my work schedule doesn't allow me to take him to several of these because the hours are very tight and conflict with mine.
For a while, I was able to take him to swimming with the help of the lady who takes care of him in the afternoons while I work. He did relatively well there and really liked it. He attended two or sometimes three times a week. The only bad thing was his various allergies, and because of the chlorine in the pool, he started to develop rashes, along with nasal inflammation and repeated colds. At the suggestion of his pediatrician, I had to stop taking him.
That's why I went several months without an extracurricular activity that would help him, until a friend suggested a gym near my house where I could take him after work. This is his first week, and he's really enjoying it. Besides the fact that he comes home tired, this sport requires a lot of discipline and concentration, and his coach pushes him to the limit. I'm sure that with this sport, his concentration will improve and he'll be able to feel more at ease.
