Hello, everyone in-hive communication
Radiant and glamorous, this expertly designed necklace combines timeless style with a trendy appearance. Anchoring its aesthetic is a repetitive floral motif bright pink pearls surrounded by sets of lustrous gold beads creating an intricate rhythm suggesting opening flowers at every curve. The lower swoop is closely studded with these small flower like forms, while the top part flows sensuously into an elegant golden band, adding definition and sophistication.
The vivid pink hue is a beautiful contrast to the warm golden tones, recalling a lively yet harmonious appearance. The smooth beads and symmetrical shape produce a delightful harmony between softness and structure, resulting in a piece that is both timeless and daringly rejuvenating.
Ideal for special occasions, elegant day wear or emotional gift giving, this necklace will appeal to both imagination and personal taste. Thoughtfully designed, it reflects the artist's attention to color balance, shape, and joyful expression.
To create this necklace Pearl beads you’ll need the following materials:
Materials Needed:
-
Small gold round beads (approx. 3mm)
-
Medium pink pearl beads (approx. 4–5mm)
-
Strong beading thread or nylon fishing line
-
Beading needle (fine enough for small beads)
-
Scissors
-
Clasp (optional) if you want the necklace to open/close
Step-by-Step Instructions:
-
Cut a thread about 1 meter long.
-
Thread your needle and leave a 15 cm tail at the end for tying.
Each flower unit consists of:
-
1 pink pearl bead (center)
-
Surrounded by 6 gold round beads (forming a flower-like shape)
To Create One Flower:
-
String 1 pink bead + 6 gold beads.
-
Pass the needle back through the pink bead, creating a circular flower cluster.
-
Move to the next flower by stringing a few (usually 2–3) gold beads to act as connectors.
Repeat this pattern to form the bottom section of the necklace (as shown in the V-shaped floral curve in your image).
After completing the flower section:
-
Transition into the upper band by weaving only gold beads in a ladder or brick stitch style.
-
Use 2 or 3 gold beads per row, weaving the needle through the previous row to create a structured gold band.
-
Continue until the upper section is long enough to fit around the neck comfortably.
Repeat this process for the other side after completing the opposite floral section.
Final Touch:
-
Tie off the threads securely on both ends.
-
You can reinforce by threading back through the last few beads.
-
(Optional) Attach a clasp using jump rings if you want it to be openable.
-
Otherwise, knot and seal the ends for a fixed loop design.
