This time I'm bringing you an illustration of one of the most iconic desserts in Japanese cuisine, consisting of a portion of "anko" or azuki bean paste encapsulated by two layers of waffle, one on each side. This fish-shaped cake is called Taiyaki, and it was one of the dishes I was most urged to remember when creating the illustrations for the International Nikkei Day sticker collection. Cómo están amigos de Hive?! Yo bien, y mejor ahora que tengo el tiempo y la conexión (sí, conexión) para poder postear. Esta vez les traigo una ilustración a modo de uno de los postres más icónicos de la cocina japonesa, compuesto por una ración de "anko" o pasta de frijoles rojos "azuki" encapsulado por dos capas de gofre, una a cada lado. A este pastel en forma de pez se le llama Taiyaki, y fue uno de los platillos en los que más se me insistió que no se me olvidase a la hora de realizar las ilustraciones para la colección de stickers del Día internacional del Nikkei. Espero que les guste esta, aunque sencilla, en mi opinión, tierna ilustración.
