Artisanal Coffee with a Great Aroma and Flavor ☕☕☕

> Hello, lovers of good caffeinated beverages in the Cinnamon Cup Coffee community! Happy start to the week! I hope this new month is filled with many blessings and cups of coffee. It's been a while since I shared a new coffee recipe. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to enjoy a good cup of artisanal coffee that my husband bought on Saturday at the suggestion of his sister's mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, who acted as an intermediary in buying the coffee for my husband from a family that owns a small shop in the Los Apartamentos neighborhood. Let me tell you more about my experience with this coffee.

My husband was even more motivated to buy this coffee because he had tried it at his sister's mother-in-law's house. He really liked the flavor and aroma, and also because it came packaged and sealed, which isn't common for artisanal coffees sold in my area. Most are sold in plastic bags, and they're sealed with a knot. Of the various artisanal coffees I've tried, some have lived up to expectations, while others are simply made with burnt beans and sold as coffee. This one, luckily, came with a very good recommendation, but I didn't just take my husband's word for it.

So yesterday I started the preparations with my usual morning ritual. I put the pot of water on the stove as usual, and while I waited for it to boil, I opened the coffee, which came in a black package. Let me tell you, the fruity aromas immediately filled my nostrils. I took the opportunity to pour a generous amount, about three tablespoons of coffee, into my handmade cloth filter. As soon as the water came to a boil, I turned off the heat and slowly began to strain the coffee, enveloping myself in its fragrant, fruity aroma, which invited me to relax. I finished my brew and immediately poured myself a large cup of strong, pure coffee. I truly enjoyed the first sip; I liked the characteristic bitter and strong flavor of pure coffee, mixed with the intense aroma of freshly brewed coffee. I simply dedicated myself to enjoying that good cup with all the peace and serenity in the world, without rushing. I savored each sip to the fullest, and of course, I poured myself another cup to further enhance my opinion of this coffee.

When the rest of the family got up, I gave them some coffee to try, and they were also satisfied with the newly purchased product. We will continue to enjoy it, at least for a few more days. It won't last the week; it might last until Wednesday, since my husband only bought 200 grams at an affordable price, cheaper than what the lesser-known brands on the market offer. If we have the opportunity to continue buying it, we will, although it's time to go back to being a coffee shopper. It's always good to discover other brands that offer better quality in terms of flavor, aroma, and a more enjoyable coffee tasting experience. I hope to soon offer you another coffee brand to try. De varios cafés artesanales que he probado ha habido algunos que sí llenan las expectativas, otros son simplemente ligados con tipos de granos quemados, que se venden como café. Este, por suerte, venía con muy buena referencia, pero no me quedé con la información escuchada por boca de mi esposo. > Así que ayer mismo comencé los preparativos, con mi ritual matutino. Puse como de costumbre la olla llena de agua al fuego, y mientras esperé que hirviera, destape el café que venía en un empaque negro. Déjenme decirles que los aromas frutales se hicieron percibir por mis fosas nasales de inmediato. Aproveché y coloqué en mi colador de tela artesanal una cantidad generosa, aproximadamente 3 cucharadas grandes de café. En lo que el agua rompió el hervor, la apague y fui colando poco a poco, envolviéndome el aroma fragante frutal del café, que me invitaban a relajarme, terminé mi colada y de inmediato me serví una taza grande de café bien puro, el primer sorbo sí que lo disfrute, me gustó el sabor amargo y fuerte característico del café puro, mezclado con el intenso aroma que desprendía el café recién hecho, simplemente me dediqué a disfrutar de esa buena taza con toda la tranquilidad y serenidad del mundo, sin prisa, cada sorbo lo disfrute al máximo, por supuesto que me serví otra taza para mejorar la opinión de este café. > Cuando se levantó el resto de la familia, le di café a probar y también quedaron satisfechos con el producto recién comprado. Lo seguiremos disfrutando, por lo menos unos días más. No durará la semana, aproximadamente quizás llegue al miércoles, ya que mi esposo solo compró 200 gramos, a un precio accesible, más económico que lo que ofrecen las marcas del mercado que no son tan reconocidas. Si tenemos la oportunidad de seguir comprándolo, lo haremos, aunque ya es hora de volver a seguir como captadora de café. Siempre es bueno conocer otras marcas que puedan ofrecer mejor calidad de sabor, olor y una grata experiencia en la degustación del café.
