Hi, I hope your day was filled with many cups of coffee. Today I want to share my experience with you in a new way, one that motivates me to drink my coffee with more enthusiasm. It started like this. I'm one of those people who struggles with going to the bathroom every day. I haven't suffered from this condition for a long time; it's been over a month now; I struggle to go every day. Speaking at the school where I work about this difficulty, a colleague suggested I take flaxseed on an empty stomach. She told me I could mix it with hot drinks. She told me she would take it with coffee. I tried it this week and it worked really well for me. At first, I thought it wasn't a good idea, but considering my health, I tried it with great faith. I was also happy with it, since I would be drinking only natural products.
My colleague explained that I should make the coffee as usual, putting a considerable amount of flaxseed in the cup and then the hot, freshly brewed coffee. Letting the flaxseed release its properties, or rather, absorb the water from the coffee, told me I'd notice, since flaxseeds double in size, taking on a gelatinous consistency. I've been making this since Tuesday; believe me, after a few hours, you'll have to go to the bathroom. At first, I had trouble swallowing or chewing the flaxseeds; now I eat them as a snack in my mornings. I drink part of my coffee and eat all the seeds with a spoon. If you can't tolerate this, I would recommend blending them once they're soaked or simply grinding the flaxseed before soaking. These are techniques that can help you consume this preparation.
This preparation has become my best ally. By nature, coffee injects me with energy in the mornings, giving me that extra push I need to face my daily activities. Combined with flaxseed, which is rich in fiber and helps regulate bowel movements, it's a very welcome option, as it helps me go to the bathroom daily without the need for laxatives. So I have even more reasons to drink my sugar-free black coffee early in the morning, adding a touch of flaxseed, this extra ingredient that has helped my bowel movements. I suggest starting with just one tablespoon of flaxseed to get used to it. If you prefer, you can add a little more. I personally add two tablespoons. Remember that every body is different; you don't necessarily have to add the two tablespoons of flaxseed. If you're suffering from this condition, I recommend trying it. These are natural products that you won't have any complications with. That's all for today, until the next post. We'll read each other in the comments, bye... bye... 🤗 🥰 ☕.
