Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, el inicio de este mes que tiene un significado muy importante para nosotras las mujeres, me refiero al mes de la Rosa, como lo saben este mes es dedicado hacer actividades físicas, deportivas, recreativas y sobre todo campañas que permitan hacer un llamado de conciencia sobre el cáncer de mama y a su vez rendir homenaje a todas aquellas personas que pasan por esta lamentable situación. >! Ayer comenzó el mes Rosa y en nuestro grupo de bailoterapias no lo dejamos pasar, como mujeres llenas de sentimientos de amor, solidaridad y bondad, honramos este inicio del mes Rosa, brindándole todo nuestro apoyo a todas aquellas mujeres guerreras que han enfrentado y siguen batallando esta enfermedad con optimismo, valentía y coraje. Mi gente hermosa no es fácil atravesar por esta enfermedad. He presenciado este dolor en mi familia. El caso más reciente fue el de mi prima; lamentablemente, no pudo vencerlo. Una mujer joven, llena de vida, que nos dejó un dolor inmenso a toda la familia, más a mi tía en hijos. >! My beautiful people, going through this illness isn't easy. I've witnessed this pain in my family. The most recent case was that of my cousin; unfortunately, she couldn't overcome it. A young woman, full of life, left immense pain in the entire family, especially in my aunt and children.

Como mujeres luchadoras, desde nuestro humilde grupo de bailoterapias nos unimos e inspiramos a todo aquellas personas que se unan a este mes Rosa, como siempre en cada año participando y dando nuestro respaldo, solidaridad en este mes, luciendo nuestro outfit color rosa, que es el color que identifica esta campaña maravillosa, desde nuestro espacio, hacemos un llamado a todas aquellas mujeres y hombres a tener conciencia y hacerse su despistaje a tiempo, con el lema: "tócate, la lucha es de todos". >! Esta actividad nos llena el corazón de mucha alegría y satisfacción. Sabemos que es una de las enfermedades que a nivel mundial está causando estragos en mujeres y hombres. Ayer, todas unidas por una misma causa, decimos que en este mes de Rosa, debemos elevar nuestra bandera de la conciencia, esperanza y sobre todo prevención. Desde que llegamos, lucíamos radiantes, llenas de energía. La buena vibra nos abrazó. El profesor Navarro, nos brindó sus orientaciones en cuanto a crear conciencia en cuanto a esta enfermedad y nos invitó a prevenirla, haciéndonos los despistajes anuales. >! Yesterday, all united for the same cause, we declared that in this Rosa month, we must raise our flag of awareness, hope, and, above all, prevention. From the moment we arrived, we looked radiant, full of energy. The good vibes embraced us. Professor Navarro gave us his guidance on raising awareness about this disease and encouraged us to prevent it by undergoing annual screenings.

Después iniciamos con gran entusiasmo, haciendo nuestra rutina de bailoterapias que inicio con un previo calentamiento para entrar en calor, posteriormente ejercicios funcionales con cardio, que nos permitieron activar el tren inferior, zona media y el tren superior; continuamos con bailes ritmo individuales y en parejas de dos, cuatro y ocho, manteniendo la sincronización, el equilibrio y la coordinación de los pasos dados por el instructor. Seguimos bailando y culminamos con estiramientos. El profesor nos reunió a todas para hacernos la invitación para el fin de semana, específicamente el sábado, por parte del gimnasio Domicio Rondón, para seguir este mes Rosa lleno de vitalidad y actividades físicas. Espero poder participar en este evento que nos dijo que va a estar buenísimo. >! We continued with rhythmic dances, both individually and in pairs of two, four, and eight, maintaining synchronization, balance, and coordination of the steps taught by the instructor. We continued dancing and finished with stretching. The instructor gathered us all to extend an invitation for the weekend, specifically Saturday, from the Domicio Rondón gym, to continue this Rosa Month full of vitality and physical activity. I hope to participate in this event, which he told us was going to be fantastic.

Gracias a Dios me he mantenido activa lo más que puedo, el lunes 29 de septiembre, fue de bastante provecho en mis entrenamientos de bailoterapias, se entrenó cuerpo completo con mediana intensidad, todo satisfactorio como siempre, después de los bailes rítmicos hicimos dinámicas grupales y me gustó más el gusanito, el bochinche es la mejor parte de los entrenamientos, cuando nos reímos a carcajadas. Seguí mis entrenamientos el día martes 30, trabajamos ese día con el instrumento palo de escoba y en el piso con apoyo en una manta, aquí trabajamos enfocándonos más en trabajar el abdomen, piernas y brazos, estuvo un nivel intermedio, luego el profesor nos regaló una sesión de relajamientos en el piso y por último los estiramientos. >! We trained my entire body at a medium intensity, all satisfactory as always. After the rhythmic dances, we did group dynamics, and I enjoyed the worm the most. The bochinche is the best part of the training, when we laugh out loud. I continued my training on Tuesday the 30th. That day we worked with the broomstick instrument and on the floor with support on a blanket. Here we worked focusing more on working the abdomen, legs, and arms. It was an intermediate level. Then the teacher gave us a relaxation session on the floor, and finally, we did stretching.

Hoy no pude entrenar, tenía consulta médica con mi mamá y mi hija que estaba enferma con la virosis, desde las 10 y algo que llegamos a Cumaná, al Centro Clínico Punta del Este, a Sofía la vi antes del medio día, mi mamá y yo salimos a las 5, y eso porque éramos el número dos y tres, la doctora llegó muy tarde por emergencia de última hora, vinimos llegando a Marigüitar a casi las 8 de la noche. Aunque mañana también debo ir a Cumaná a buscar unas órdenes para unos exámenes y hacerle unos exámenes a Sofía, por la tarde vamos con más ganas en mis entrenamientos de bailoterapias y dependiendo del avance de Sofía, decido ir a Cumaná para el evento de bailoterapias.
