Last week was filled with many ups and downs, mixed feelings. I had gone to Cumaná with my friend Elizabeth to run errands at the savings bank. I needed to lift my spirits. Since I know I like to explore the Hiper Galería shopping center (Traki), my friend offered to accompany me to cheer me up. Nothing more was said; we walked from Las Palomas Avenue, chatting pleasantly about various topics along the way. Upon arriving at the mall, we were greeted by the air conditioning that cooled the heat outside.
We browsed the stores in passing, and the ones we really lingered over were Mundo Total and Traki, to see what deals were available. While we checked the time, the time flew by, amid laughter, conversation, and anecdotes that happened there.
I entered the mall in low spirits. My friend's company, her support, her eloquence, her laughter, and her words helped me out of the turmoil that had engulfed me. I found myself laughing again as usual. It made me realize that life is too beautiful to be lost in sadness and depression. In those moments, it's family and friends who help us overcome this often painful journey. Thanks to my friend Eli, I looked at the day with a different perspective and eager to continue my optimism. They made it very clear to me that things flow more smoothly when we're in a good mood.
After a lackluster day, my friend's company helped me a lot; although we didn't buy anything, it was therapeutic. If you're in the same situation as me, I invite you to go out with family or friends to the mall you like, even if just to look around and share the burdens that afflict us. De paseo con mi amiga por Traki: renovando los ánimos
Hola, a toda la comunidad de @family-friends, feliz jueves lleno de muchas bendiciones 😊.
La semana pasa fue de muchos altos y bajos, sentimientos encontrados, había ido a Cumaná con mi amiga Elizabeth hacer diligencias en Caja de Ahorro, necesitaba mejorar el ánimo, como sé que me gusta recorrer el centro comercial Hiper Galería (Traki), mi amiga se ofreció acompañarme para animarme, no se dijo más, nos fuimos caminando desde la avenida Las Palomas, en el camino conversábamos gratamente de diferentes temas. Al llegar al centro comercial, nos recibió el aire acondicionado que aplacó la calor del exterior.
Recorrimos las tiendas de pasadita y la que realmente nos detuvimos más fue Mundo Total y en Traki, para ver las ofertas que estaban disponibles. Mientras mirábamos la hora, se fue volando, entre risas, charlas y anécdotas que pasaron en el lugar.
Entré con los ánimos bajitos al centro comercial, me hizo bien la compañía de mi amiga, su apoyo, su elocuencia, su risa, me sacó de todo el torbellino que me envolvía, volviendo a reír como de costumbre, me dio a entender que la vida es muy bella para perderla en la tristeza y depresión. En esos momentos son los familiares y amigos que nos ayudan a superar esta travesía, que suelen ser dolorosa. Gracias a mi amiga Eli, miré el día con otra cara y con muchas ganas de seguir con mi optimismo. Me dejaron muy claro que, estando con buen ánimo, las cosas fluyen mejor.
Después de un día apagadita, me ayudó mucho la compañía de mi amiga; aunque no compramos nada, sirvió de terapia. Si están en la misma situación que yo, los invito a que salgan con familiares o amigos al centro comercial que les gusta, aunque solo a mirar y compartir las cargas que nos aquejan.
