Hullo fellow fit and healthy people on the actifit community. My actifit report is about my day.
My day started when I woke up to prepare clean up the house cook and have my bath before leaving to my shop.
In my shop I sell and sometimes when bored do a lot of exercises. In the afternoon I take lunch and when my daughter is in the shop I go on a short hike before returning quickly in case a customer needs my services.
When the day goes by I will pack up and go back home to do some fitness training before bathing to refreshen myself.
I eat and go through my ecency waves before finally sleeping after writing this post.
