Heute bin ich auf die selten doofe Idee gekommen, den Leistungsunterschied zwischen der Radeon 680M und der RTX 3060 über Occulink mit ein paar Benchmarks festzuhalten.

Das Ganze hat länger gedauert, als ich dachte, und vor allem bei Cyberpunk 2077 habe ich graue Haare bekommen.

Ich konnte den Benchmark nur als Bildschirmaufnahme mit der RTX 3060 aufnehmen, keine Ahnung warum.

Die Bildschirmaufnahme hat gefühlt 30 bis 40 % mehr Leistung gezogen.

Ich habe den Benchmark nochmal ohne Aufnahme wiederholt, und da war das Ergebnis viel, viel besser.

Wie ich mir gedacht habe, kann ich auch ohne die 3060 alles spielen, was ich gerade spielen möchte.

Und wenn ich doch mal mehr Power brauche, schalte ich das Dock ein, und ansonsten spare ich Strom. :)

Today, I came up with the rarely foolish idea of documenting the performance difference between the Radeon 680M and the RTX 3060 via Occulink with a few benchmarks.

It took longer than I thought, and especially with Cyberpunk 2077, I ended up with gray hairs.

I could only record the benchmark as a screen capture with the RTX 3060; I have no idea why.

The screen capture seemed to draw 30 to 40% more performance.

I repeated the benchmark without the capture, and the result was much, much better.

As I suspected, I can play everything I want without the 3060, and if I ever need more power,

I just turn on the dock; otherwise, I save energy. :)
