Momentos Farm: A Journey To The Green Heart Of Saint Philip - Part 2 🌿 [En-Es]

My journey to Momentos Farm was just beginning. The lush nature was an overwhelming display and a prelude to the charm of a place hidden in the mountains of the town of Saint Philip. After admiring part of the vast garden at the entrance and observing the lodging area of the farm, I continued exploring the surroundings. #

1.jpg

# There was a yellow house next to the two-story lodging building. It looked very pleasant and attractive. This small yellow house created a balance between the reception building and the lodging area. On its door was a sign that read: Aroa. Part 1: [ Momentos Farm: The Hidden Paradise of Saint Philip](https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@neruel/momentos-farm-the-hidden-paradise-of-saint-philip-enes-cx7). #

2.jpg

# In Yaracuy, there are the Aroa Mines, which once belonged to the Liberator SimĂłn BolĂvar. I will soon visit the mines and share that experience. I assume the name of this house honors either the mines or the Aroa River. #

4.jpg

# As I turned around, I noticed a sign that read: Massage Area. This massage area was located in a hut behind the reception building. I didn’t get closer because someone might have been naked inside, hahaha. #

10.jpg

# I decided to return to the reception area and take a closer look. I noticed that the house had a layout that connected everything together. The pathway was the medium of integration, creating perfect harmony. The trees were everywhere, showcasing their beauty in connection with the space. #

6.jpg5.jpg6.jpg

# I took a photo of the reception building from the back. I found it curious that the building had a satellite TV antenna. The building itself was lovely and large, adapted perfectly to the topography. #

7.jpg9.jpg 8.jpg

# I was a bit daring and also took some photos of the hut. The space was beautiful. Getting a massage there must be fantastic; I was left wanting to. I didn’t get closer because I felt I might run into someone and didn’t want to disturb them. I wasn’t in the mood to witness awkward scenes. #

11.jpg

# What makes Momentos Farm interesting is that its entrance has an enveloping beauty, and everything feels interconnected. This isn’t very common; most constructions are designed to separate from the environment. At least, that’s what I’ve noticed in my travels across Venezuela. #

# I wanted to return to where my brother was waiting, but the beauty of the surroundings kept captivating me. Everything was aesthetically attractive. In truth, I came to this farm to take a break from work and enjoy a good meal. I never imagined it would be so beautiful. #

19.jpg

# The reception building was peculiar. It had windows everywhere, but what intrigued me most was how its design adapted to the natural conditions of the environment. The stone stairs and the decorative elements were also very charming. #

# I returned to where my brother was waiting, still captivated by the beauty of the building. He told me I could explore more of the farm later and suggested we go inside. At that moment, I came across a sign that read: Handicraft Shop. #

29.jpg

# At this point, my journey into the interior of the farm began. I said goodbye to the entrance with a view that looked like something magical and dreamlike. I believe it was captivating and perfectly reflected the identity of the space. #

31.jpg

# The farm had a pathway surrounded by trees that led further inside. You feel as though you are walking into the unknown, something very similar to Alice in Wonderland. This corridor was beautiful. #

32.jpg

# From the entrance, you could still see the reception building of Momentos Farm. As I advanced, the vegetation became more diverse and dense. Everything was hidden behind the trees and the exotic landscaping. #

# I especially liked the design of the lamps along the pathway. These lamps had an attractive style and were powered by electricity. It didn’t seem like they relied on standard wiring. I imagined they must look incredible at night. #

# From the middle of the path, surrounded by trees, I could see parts of the farm’s interior. The buildings blended with the natural environment, and the lamps served as guides through the leafy trail. #

42.jpg

# I must say, the path was gorgeous, and the hanging lamps made it even more appealing. It’s a magical place full of energy. Walking there is a unique experience—you breathe pure air, and everything radiates peace. #

45.jpg46.jpg

# This path led to the restaurant area, located higher up on the farm and beneath a massive tree with sprawling branches. The landscaping here was even more attractive and captivating. #

47.jpg

# From that spot, you could take in the vastness of the farm and its surroundings. Everything was interconnected and thoughtfully planned. The person who designed and built this farm must have studied architecture or at least had strong knowledge of urban planning. #

48.jpg

# Before entering the restaurant, I noticed a sign that read: Dining Room. This sign was at a crossroads leading to two different areas of the farm. It was fascinating because everything seemed more appealing at that point. #

50.jpg

# When I entered the restaurant, I was immediately charmed. It was an impeccable and beautiful space, decorated with elements characteristic of the local culture. Everything reflected the agricultural identity of Saint Philip, Yaracuy. #

# I found it interesting that the chairs and tables were made of bamboo. Very few places use this type of furniture. The restaurant was gorgeous; at that time, the waiters were setting everything up. We were the first customers. #

53.jpg

# Realizing this, I told my brother I would finish exploring the farm. I continued walking and headed to the pool area. There, people were swimming and having a photoshoot. #
https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/neruel/23vi1fZFHLLe9LBfz516dAvpDTsTrj56wgVWaXZPeiKVZvqNTPyZxbs1ePT5P2Tt9axTA.jpg https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/neruel/23ynUJkkSYk655x3Tj3yRZScWPGSRbcz1htThTzwzb7tumcfZy11DwhSYhrBz5sGjcaMK.jpg https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/neruel/23tmHnsB8GFigXTNJQoQVF2AabMTUPxgeyEofJGf19zhuzW3xn4mfNvActdTENpdzecLJ.jpg
# The pool featured a lovely fountain surrounded by shrubs. Trees were everywhere, and what impressed me most was that they were all flowering and impeccably maintained. #

57.jpg

# The pool area had a more aesthetic pathway. The surroundings were much more pleasant, and best of all, it felt fresher. I even wanted to swim. Normally, I’m not fond of pools, but this one tempted me. I didn’t, though—I had no change of clothes and wasn’t even sure if it was allowed. #

69.jpg70.jpg68.jpg

# Among the trees was another small space, a kind of event hall. I noticed farm staff decorating it. They were preparing everything for a celebration happening that day. #

67.jpg

# The pool area was stunning and radiated impeccable energy. You didn’t even need to swim to feel relaxed and at peace. I continued walking, amazed by the beauty of the environment. Everything enchanted me. #

# The event hall was also lovely and very aesthetic. I liked that it had large windows that allowed you to see inside. You could look at what was happening in the pool as well as in the hall. Very pleasant. #

67.jpg

# The pathways led to a higher area where the restrooms were located, offering a panoramic view of the entire farm. The view from there was breathtaking. I stopped for a while, breathing fresh air. I also went into the restroom to fix my hair, which had gotten messy from wearing my motorcycle helmet. #

# Then I went back and admired again how beautiful the farm looked next to the pool. I took a photo that was truly memorable. Whenever I travel and find places like this, I’m reminded that Venezuela is beautiful in all its forms. #

71.jpg

# Finally, I returned to the restaurant, enjoyed a delicious meal, and later continued exploring the farm. In another post, I will share about the incredible food you can enjoy here. Momentos Farm is a place where you can rest, eat, disconnect, and live a fantastic experience. #

59.jpg

# The design of the farm captivates and enchants you. It’s a place created to have fun and feel the beauty of nature. In short, it’s a place meant to captivate you with its beautiful garden and architecture.
