Hola amigos y amigas de HIVE y SWC mi nombre es Néstor Rodríguez @nestorrdz-30 en el día de hoy les mostraré unas fotos unas pequeñas fotos calentando con mi amigo y compañero milano armas @ashura-sw y mi persona calentando un poco para evitar lesiones y bueno tener un poco más de movilidad en los hombros como también otros músculos para tener más flexibilidad y mejor movimiento porque a veces cuando uno no calienta bien le empieza a dolor la espalda el codo los hombros, pero es cuando no caliento bien y me pongo a inventar haciendo freetyle y después cuando me bajo me duele todo, pero bueno sin más nada que decir empecemos con el post 📷 📷.

Bueno, amigos y amigas espero que les gustara el post y las fotos del día hoy como podemos ver en las respectivas imagines sale mi compañero y amigo milano armas haciendo unos estiramientos para el bíceps y después otro ejercicio para la movilidad del hombro en donde tiene que estirar la liga y recoger después está mi persona en donde pueden ver que hago un estiramiento para los hombros para tener una pequeña flexibilidad en donde llevo la liga para arriba y para abajo llevándola a mi espalda y para adelante y para atrás para hacerle movimiento y luego una foto que me tome posando para mostrar mi cambio físico, pero bueno sin más nada que decir y no aburrirlos mucho mi nombre es Néstor Rodríguez @nestorrdz-30 y buenos estén atentos al próximo post ✌📷.
