The exercise I'm doing here is called Lat Prayers. Your "Lats" are the biggest back muscles that gives you the v-shape.
I do pullups, rows, pulldowns, but I've always overlooked lat prayers. But since I saw top exercise guys like Dr. Mike Israetel talk about how great lat prayers are I've started trying them out.
Now I'm not going to say anything about the lat prayer word play I just did in the title, I'm going to leave it for the reader to admire. Oh shit I've gone and said something about it 🤦🏾♂️🌚.
