One of my major favourites right here. Sitting down to curl is definitely better for the bicep growth than standing. While seated more of the pressure is on the biceps because your hands just hang downwards. This hanging also improves the stretch part of an exercise, and exercise science/research shows that the stretch is the most productive part of the exercise.
