The weather forced a change of plans today as we could not dock at the last stop of our Cruise. It was unfortunate to miss the opportunity to explore but I guess another day relaxing was not bad. Since we were up early, we went for breakfast before heading back to the room and starting to pack a bit to avoid leaving it to the last minute. I opted to head to the gym for a workout.
My original thought was to do a run but the weather made it difficult as the boat was rocking more than usual. I opted for some hill intervals while walking which got me a good sweat. I headed to the room to get my core training done as well before a good shower. Spent the rest of the day relaxing and listening to music with the family with some food in between. It was a good week off but I definitely need to adjust my diet these next couple of weeks to get back on track.
