My original plan was to catch up on things once we were home today to get a walk or Spa visit at the gym in today but it was an adventure to get home and catching up took much longer than I thought. At the end of it all, it was late in the afternoon and my mind was already tired. Instead of going for any workout, I decided to just stay relaxed and rest for the day.
Tomorrow I will get off to a powerful start at the gym to do some catch up on my fitness activity which will be needed given the diet this past week. The next couple of weeks will remain a challenge with work and life in general as the year is coming to an end. 2026 will be a critical year all around me so I have to stay up to speed with everything especially my fitness and health as that will be the foundation of having the energy and grit to move forward.
