Today I started early before dawn heading to the gym as I needed to get a restart going after the week with the family where my dietary choices were not the best. I worked on the upper body and pushed the weight heavier than usual. I could not go for too long as I had an early start at work but got a good amount of reps and sets in to get things flowing. I did, however, have time to stop at the Spa for some recover which I needed.
From there, I headed to work as I had some catching up to do. It was almost back to back until the early afternoon when I decided to go for a walk outside as I needed to get some chores done and felt that the temperature was pretty good. It was a short walk as the Sun was coming down so headed home to rest a bit as the rest of the week will remain busy at work. Long days will likely be the norm this week as my calendar is full of events as the end of the year is in sight.
