I have no answers to how busy work remains despite every effort to get ahead or catch up. I remain committed to my fitness and health so am not sacrificing it but it is getting difficult as the stress is truly impacting my ability to progress. While I got ahead today with an early walk, the stress piled on throughout the day which got me struggling to eat enough protein and get out in time for a relaxed weightlifting session. I finally escaped in the evening to get to the gym.
However, all the load made my session sluggish as I struggled with some lifts despite them being leg focused. I added some core training to add some sets before heading to the Spa for some recovery to see if it helps prepare for the rest of the week and weekend. It is clear that the next two weeks will be crazy but I will remain consistent on my habits to ensure I end the year strong. This is critical for all aspects of my life now and future; so I need to find the answer.
