Today I wanted to take my time around everything I did as the work week has been to rapid for me and is causing some stress. My diet isn’t helping either as I am struggling to get back on track. I woke up and enjoyed my coffee while catching up on news and things while I prepared for my day. The first task at hand was to head to the gym where I also took my time for a process.
After a good warmup, I hit my upper body with some pull training as I kept increasing the weight. It was pretty easy which was strange but I kept going until I ended with a cooldown on the treadmill. I still had time so headed to the Spa for some recovery. It was a good moment to get a good breath and rest to reflect a bit. I need to really figure things out as time is surely limited with the amount of things I want to accomplish. Not a bad start to the weekend.
