Evil Eye Bracelet: Three Techniques../ [Esp-Eng]

Saluditos Artistas Creativos de las Manualidades y la Joyería, vayan mis deseos para todos ustedes por un bienestar colectivo familiar y que todos estén rebosantes de alegría; ya pasamos la primera quincena del mes de septiembre y los pasos van agigantados para las navidades felices ya decretadas oficialmente aquí en Venezuela, esperando ansiosos esos aguinaldos bueno ahora lo llaman bonos para salir🏃 a nuestras compras navideñas. Yo nunca pierdo el optimismo me encanta sentirme Eva en el Edén 🤣. Y vengo con esas buenas vibras a millón ya que en esta oportunidad les compartiré como a una amiga le gustó tanto la pulsera de ojo turco con una crucecita de cuarzo que realicé en estás semanas pasada que quiso le hiciera una pero con otro diseño. Para elaborar esta pulsera utilicé tres técnicas: alambrismo, macramé y abalorios. And I'm back with a million good vibes, as this time I'll share with you how a friend liked the evil eye bracelet with a quartz cross I made these past few weeks so much that she wanted me to make her one, but with a different design. To make this bracelet, I used three techniques: wire wrapping, macramé, and beading. I invite you to continue reading the step-by-step instructions to see how I made it:  MATERIALES USADOS EN LA ELABORACIÓN DE ESTA LINDA PULSERA DE PROTECCIÓN: ✓ Un ojo turco de fimo. ✓ Cincuenta centímetros de alambre de bisutería dorado de 0,16 milímetros . ✓ Dieciocho cristales pequeños de cuarzo, Color negro. ✓ Veinticuatro cristales pequeños de cuarzo color rojo. ✓ Tres argollas medianas doradas. ✓ Un terminal de cierre. ✓ Cincuenta centímetros de cordón cola de rata color rojo. ✓ Un metro veinte de cordón cola de rata color negro . ✓ Un corazón negro para dije. ✓ Un dije de árbol de la vida. ✓ Encendedor. ✓ Tijeras. ✓ Pinzas. ✓ Regla. >MATERIALS USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS BEAUTIFUL PROTECTION BRACELET: ✓ One fimo evil eye. ✓ Fifty centimeters of 0.16 millimeter gold-plated jewelry wire. ✓ Eighteen small black quartz crystals. ✓ Twenty-four small red quartz crystals. ✓ Three medium gold-plated jump rings. ✓ One end clasp. ✓ Fifty centimeters of red rattail cord. ✓ One meter twenty of black rattail cord. ✓ One black heart charm. ✓ One tree of life charm. ✓ Lighter. ✓ Scissors. ✓ Tweezers. ✓ Ruler.  USÉ ÉSTOS SENCILLOS Y POCOS PASOS PARA ELABORAR ÉSTE PROYECTO. PRIMER PASO: Voy a comenzar este proyecto usando un alfiler de alambre para bisutería de cinco centímetros el cual pasaré por el orificio de un ojito turco de fimo de lado a lado así: >I used these few simple steps to make this project. STEP ONE: I'm going to start this project by using a five-centimeter wire jewelry pin, which I'll thread through the hole of a Fimo googly eye from side to side like this:  SEGUNDO PASO: Voy a continuar, tomando el alambre para bisutería y como muestro por un extremo doy dos vueltas encima del alfiler pegado al ojo de fimo, rodeo por un lado al ojo y doy dos vueltas de alambre encima del otro extremo del alfiler y fijo en el otro extremo con dos vueltas más, esto lo realizo siete veces de cada lado porque es el grosor que necesito para realizar este proyecto, ustedes pueden hacer las vueltas de acuerdo al tamaño del ojo que vayan a elaborar. Una vez que tengo listas las siete vueltas por el extremo del alambre inserto nueve cuarzos pequeños de color negro; aseguro en el alfiler con dos vueltas y vuelvo a insertar nueve cuarzos más y aseguro de nuevo en el alfiler. Una vez logrado este paso ahora de cada lado inserto catorce cuarzos pequeños de color rojo que aseguro bien y así queda. Tomo la pinza punta redonda y hago una argolla de cada lado así como muestro. >STEP TWO: I'll continue by taking the jewelry wire and, as shown, on one end, I wrap it twice around the pin attached to the Fimo eye. I wrap it around one side of the eye and wrap it twice around the other end of the pin and secure it with two more wraps. I do this seven times on each side because that's the thickness I need for this project. You can make the wraps according to the size of the eye you're making. Once I have the seven wraps around the end of the wire, I insert nine small black quartz crystals; I secure them to the pin with two wraps, then insert nine more quartz crystals and secure them again. Once this step is complete, I insert fourteen small red quartz crystals on each side, securing them well, and that's it. I take the round-tipped pliers and make a ring on each side, as shown.    PASO TRES: Una vez que tengo realizado el ojo turco, en este caso lo hice del lado derecho pero ustedes lo pueden hacer por cualquier lado; inserto por la argolla del lado derecho los cincuenta centímetros de cordón cola de rata rojo, igualo las puntas para verificar que están iguales, ahora con el cordón negro de un metro veinte lo coloco debajo de los cordones rojos y hago un nudo alondra que ajusto bien cortando y sellando el excedente de la punta más pequeña para empezar a tejer nudo caiman que es el que escogí para el contorno del brazalete, este nudo se realiza de una forma muy fácil comienzo pasando el cordón negro que será el anudador por el medio de los centrales que son los rojos y paso por debajo del cordón derecho que es por dónde comienzo abrazo el cordón y ahora paso por debajo del cordón izquierdo y realizo el mismo procedimiento voy entrelazando en forma alternativa hasta lograr un largo de catorce centímetros para tener una medida con el ojo turco realizado de diecisiete centímetros que será el largo deseado de la Pulsera. >STEP THREE: Once I have made the evil eye, in this case I did it on the right side but you can do it on any side; I insert fifty centimeters of red rattail cord through the ring on the right side, I match the ends to verify that they are equal, now with the one meter twenty black cord I place it under the red cords and make a lark's head knot that I adjust well by cutting and sealing the excess of the smallest end to begin weaving the alligator knot, which is the one I chose for the outline of the bracelet. This knot is made in a very easy way. I start by passing the black cord that will be the knotter through the middle of the central ones, which are the red ones, and pass under the right cord, which is where I begin, I hug the cord and now I pass under the left cord and perform the same procedure. I intertwine alternately until I achieve a length of fourteen centimeters to have a measurement with the evil eye made of seventeen centimeters, which will be the desired length of the bracelet.  PASO CUATRO: Una vez que tengo el largo deseado, corto los excedentes y sello con el encendedor dejando un pequeño ojal para insertar una argolla con el terminal de cierre, en la otra argolla del ojo pongo otra argolla pora formar el enganche del terminal, ahí coloco los dijes de corazón y árbol de la vida para finalizar. >STEP FOUR: Once I have the desired length, I cut off the excess and seal with the lighter, leaving a small eyelet to insert a jump ring with the clasp. On the other eyelet, I add another jump ring to form the clasp for the clasp. I then attach the heart and tree of life charms to finish.
