My name's Yen Nhi which means swift bird. I'm 33 years old, got married. I am a full-time mom of 2 daughters because I think my children only have one childhood and I don't want to miss it.

I really love food and I also can cook delicious food. I will share delicious food places in Vietnam and my experiences when I eat and cook them. I hope you will enjoy it.

I am interested in yoga, and I practice yoga mostly every day. Yoga helps me stay healthy and love my body.
