I'm back after a long time, today I went into my kitchen and baked some delicious Apple Cinnamon Cookies, one of my favorite cookies that never goes out of fashion.
This cookie is the flavor of my childhood. Every time I eat it, I remember the days of gatherings where my mom and her friends would eat cakes and cookies together and chat.
The smell of these cookies always reminds me of my pure, clean childhood when I couldn't wait to eat them.
Now, the fragrant smell of cookies that fills my house is good for my soul and has healed my wounds.
Sometimes one falls into such a deep void that it can take time to get out of it. But we must know that life goes on despite everything.

Apple cookies, one of the most classic cookies, always enchants me with its smell, texture and taste.
It is a flavor that creates a feast in the mouth with its crunchy consistency, cinnamon apple and walnut filling.
The ingredients are quite simple,
1 tea glass sugar 1 egg 100 grams of margarine half a tea glass of oil 1 tablespoon of yogurt 1 packet of baking powder 1 packet of vanillin As much flour as it takes
For the filling
2 red apples 1 cup walnut 2 spoons of sugar 1 spoon of cinnamon
Recipe:
First of all, I beat the sugar and the egg. Then I add the margarine, oil and yogurt that I keep at room temperature and mix them well.
After mixing roughly, I add baking powder and vanilla.
Then I gradually add the flour and mix with the help of a spatula.
After getting the consistency, I kneaded the dough by kneading it with my hands. The amount of flour is important, I added about 3 cups of flour. I obtained a soft dough that does not stick to the hand and does not fall apart, and I keep it in the refrigerator until I make the filling.
For the filling, I grate the apples and put them in a pan.
I put 2 spoons of sugar on it and cook it over high heat. The apples will release their juice at high heat and absorb it again.
Add finely pounded walnuts and cinnamon on the cooked apples and remove from the stove.
I put the cooked filling in a bowl and let it cool.
Put the rested dough on the counter sprinkled with flour and divide it into equal pieces.
I roll the meringue, flour the bench and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin in the size of a plate.
I divide it into eight equal pieces with a pizza cutter and put a pepper spoon of the apple filling on each piece and wrap it as a roll.
I place all the cookies on the baking tray where I spread greaseproof paper.
I bake in a preheated oven at 17 degrees without fan until the top turns pink.
They take such a volume while baking. So let's take care to arrange the cookies spaced apart.
The whole house is already filled with the smell of cinnamon apple cookies:)
We need to keep the cookies out of the oven until their first temperature passes.
I, of course, could not resist and tasted one cookie without caring that my mouth was burning:)
We sprinkled powdered sugar on the cooled cookies and ate them with pleasure.
What you need to do now is to make the recipe immediately and prepare a cup of coffee while the cookies are baking in the oven.
