Warm greetings to everyone here, how are you all doing today I welcome each and every one of you into my blog. Today I made this special meal for lunch for my family, is made of beans and pumpkin seed.
This is my first time of preparing beans and pumpkin seed and my mother suggested of it because I have this pumpkin seed someone gifted me and I don't have ideal on how to prepare it till my mother suggested of combining with beans and it turns out very delicious and healthy too.
Let's see the ingredients I used 1 pumpkin seed 3 cups of beans 1 medium Onion 5 piece of fresh pepper Salt to taste 1/2 cup of red oil Water.
PROCEDURE Here is the process I used in making my beans and pumpkin seed. I will select my beans by removing the chaff and the spoilt ones after that I will now put into my pot add water and cook for some minutes I will now it down and wash.
After washing I will now put it back into my pot add water and cook I will cook till my beans get soft. While waiting for my beans to get soft I will now wash and cut my pumpkin seed into pieces I will now remove them from the back cover.
I will now add my pumpkin seed into my soft beans allow to cook for some minutes.
I will add my wash and slice onions, I will also add my wash and pound pepper, my salt and my red oil and stir very well.
Here my beans and pumpkin seed is ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch and I really enjoyed my lunch with this meal. This meal is a healthy meal and worth trying. You can give this meal a try.
