Warm greetings to everyone here how are you all doing today I welcome you all into my blog. Is breadfruit season I have to enjoy it to the fullest. So today I prepare my breadfruit with unripe plantains and that makes it a healthy meal.
Breadfruit is one of the proteinous meal and has a natural sweetness.
Unripe plantains is very rich in iron and helps to build a strong bones with this nutrients you all can believe that breadfruit and unripe plantains is a healthy meal and also a good combination.
Let's see the ingredients I used in making my healthy meal.
INGREDIENTS USED 2 cups of breadfruit 2 piece of unripe plantains 1 medium Onion Salt to taste 1 tablespoon of dry pepper 1/4 cup of red oil Water.
PROCEDURE I will first wash my breadfruit, put into my pot add water and cook.
While waiting for my breadfruit to get done I will now wash, peel and slice my plantains.
Here am done slicing my plantains I will now check my breadfruit if is about to get done I will now put my slice plantains and stir. I will also wash and slice my onions and add, I will now add my red oil and stir.
I will now add my pepper, my salt and stir them very well.
Here my breadfruit and plantains is ready. Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch and also it contains lots of nutrients.
