Greetings everyone how are you all doing today I hope you all had a wonderful day. Today I made this special meal for my mother that came visiting, she came with lots of plantains and I decided to make something real good for her.
Is plantains with scent leaf sauce very healthy, Unripe plantains contains a lot of health benefits like iron and other things which makes the food a very essential meal for the body.
INGREDIENTS USED 2 unripe plantains 5 stems of scent leaf 1 medium Onion Salt to taste 1 tablespoon of dry pepper 1/4 cup of red oil Water.
PROCEDURE I will first cook my plantains by washing and cutting them put into the pot add water and cook.
I will now allow my plantains to get done Once is done I will now allow to get cool and peel the back.
Here my plantains is done I will now move over to the scent leaf sauce I will first get my ingredients ready by washing and cutting my onions and my scent leaf.
Here they are ready, In a dry pot I will put my red oil allow to heat I will now put salt, onions and scent leaf I will also add my pepper.
Here I didn't put water because my red oil is enough.
Here is my final results.
Looking at this dish is very simple and healthy the taste is topnotch she really enjoyed the meal.
