Warm greetings to everyone how are you all doing today I hope you all are having a wonderful day. So day I made this recipe for my husband for dinner is cocoyam and vegetables. Cocoyam is a local delicacy that looks like yam but has a very high nutrient more than yam and also very sweet.
My husband loves eating cocoyam a lots because he told me that when they were growing up that their mother cooks it for them because she has a large farm of cocoyam.
INGREDIENTS USED 10_ 15 piece of cocoyam 1 medium Onion 1/4 cup of red oil Salt to taste 1 tablespoon of dry pepper 1 bunch of Vegetables Water.
PROCEDURE Here is the process I used in making my porridge cocoyam I will first peel my cocoyam and wash after washing I will also slice my vegetables, my onions and set aside.
In a clean pot I will put my cocoyam add water and cook I will cook till my cocoyam gets soft. Once is soft I will add my ingredients by putting my red oil first add my slice onions and my pepper.
I will now add my salt, and my slice vegetables and stir very well.
Here my porridge cocoyam is ready I will now serve my husband his dinner.
My husband loves this cocoyam so much because it contains lots of nutrients and is also a healthy meal.
