Warm greetings to everyone here how are you all doing today I hope you all are doing well because as for me am doing great and enjoying myself with a healthy meal beetroot and beans.
Last week my husband bought a lot of beetroot and I have been using them so today I wanted to cook beans for myself for lunch and beans is so small so I decided to add something I now use my beetroot. Today I made beans and beetroot and is very delicious and healthy too
INGREDIENTS USED 1 cup of beans 2 beetroot 1 medium Onion Salt to taste 5 tablespoon of grounded tomatoes and pepper 1/4 cup of groundunt oil 1/2 tablespoon of grounded ginger 3 stems of vegetables Water.
PROCEDURE I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt ones and the chaff. In a clean pot I will put my beans, add water and cook for some minutes.
After cooking for some minutes I will now bring it down drain the water and wash after washing I will put back into my pot add water and cook once my beans is done I will drain the water and set aside.
While waiting for my beans to get done I will now wash and slice my onions, my vegetables and my beetroot.
Here my beans is ready I will set aside. In a dry pot I will put my groundunt oil allow to heat I will put salt, my slice onions, my beetroot stir a little I will now add my ginger and my grounded tomatoes and pepper and stir very well I will now add my beans and stir for some minutes I will also add a little water cover and allow to cook for some minutes.
I will now add my vegetables and stir very well.
Here my food is ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch I don't know that this combination will be so good . This recipe what trying.
