Hello everyone how is your weekend going, I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. Today I made something really good for lunch for my kids this meal is a combination of yam and unripe plantains.
Yam and unripe plantains has two different things that they gives to the body and each healthy benefits is really good and worth trying.
INGREDIENTS USED 1/4 tube of yam 2 piece of unripe plantains Salt to taste 1 medium Onion 5 piece of fresh pepper 1/4 cup of red oil Water.
PROCEDURE Here is the process I used in making my delicious and healthy meal. I will first get my ingredients ready by peeling and washing my yam and cut them into pieces. I will also wash and peel my unripe plantains slice them into smaller pieces.
I will also wash and slice my onions and my pepper. Here all my ingredients are ready.
In a clean dry pot I will put my yam first add water and cook I will allow for some minutes I will now add my unripe plantains and stir together and allow to get done.
I will now put salt, add my red oil, add my onions and my pepper and stir very well.
I will stir very well.
Here my food is ready I will now serve.
Looking at this dish is very simple and tempting the taste is topnotch and this meal contains two different healthy benefits.
