My native and natural soup with mushrooms and oil bean combine with vegetables very healthy

Hello everyone, how are you all doing today I hope you all are doing wonderfully well, I welcome you all into my blog today and am happy to share my wonderful recipe here.

So I made this delicious, natural and healthy soup for my family. This soup is made with oil bean and mushroom and I also use okra plant as my draw for my healthy soup.

Let's see the ingredients I used in making my decision soup.

INGREDIENTS USED 10 fingers of okra

1/4 paint of mushroom

1/4 paint of oil bean

Salt to taste

1 medium Onion

1/4 cup of red oil

1 tablespoon of dry pepper

5 stems of vegetables

Water.

PROCEDURE Here is the process I used in making my healthy soup.

I will first wash and slice my okra, my vegetables and my onions and also wash and piece my mushrooms.

Here all my ingredients are ready. In a neat and dry pot I will put my red oil, add salt and my onions and my okra and stir.

I will now add my pepper and my mushrooms stir very well cover and allow to boil for some minutes.

I will now put my oil bean stir very well and add my vegetables and also stir very well allow to boil for some minutes.

Here my healthy soup is ready.

Looking at this meal is very healthy and delicious and taste is topnotch and is also very simple to prepare. One thing about this soup it is a balance diet because it contains protein, vitamins and carbohydrates.
