


Hello everyone how are you all doing and how are you people enjoying your weekend. Today I made this healthy meal for my family for lunch. Note that this meal can serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This healthy meal is made with yam and green leaf.

INGREDIENTS USED 1/2 tube of yam 1 bunch of green leaf Salt to taste 1 medium onion 5 piece of fresh pepper 1/2 cup of red oil Water.

PROCEDURE Here is the procedure I used in preparing my delicious meal. I will first peel my yam, wash and cut into pieces put them into my pot and add it water and cook.

I will cook till my yam gets soft. While waiting for my yam to get soft I will now pick my green leaf by removing them from the stem I will now wash and slice them. I will also wash and slice my onion and also ground my pepper.

I will now check my yam once is soft I will now put salt, my onion, my pepper and red oil and stir very well.

I will now add my green leaf and stir together.

Here my porriage yam is ready.

Looking at this dish is very simple and healthy the taste is topnotch and what trying.
