Hi friends! If you love nicecream, then this is the right post for you. Today I’m here with SEASHELL BLUEBERRY NICECREAM BOWL.

The nicecream is made of frozen bananas and blueberries, seashells from chocolate and I then added some granola and grain puffs for extra fun.

I’ve been seeing these seashells all over Instagram lately and I absolutely love them so I decided to order a mould to make some myself. They are so easy to make but add so much to the smoothie bowl. All I did to make these is melt some chocolate, pour in moulds, wait for it to harden and viola chocolate seashells are ready to be used.

I’m very into pastel colours even though this nicecream turned out a bit brighter than I was planning on but I love it the way it is. If you are using blueberries, you really don’t need to add a lot to get a vibrant colour. And if you don’t care about the colour, the amount of blueberries you use depends on how strong you want the blueberry flavour to be.

If you’ve never tried grain puffs you are so missing out! My favourite way to use them is on top of smoothie bowls and nicecreams. I love the crunch they add. They are low in calories so you can have loads of them without adding too much calories. I usually add more of them as I eat the nicecream.

| INGREDIENTS

• NICECREAM

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp blueberries

• TOPPINGS

  • chocolate shells
  • granola
  • grain puffs

|METHOD

1/ Take bananas out of the freezer, cut them into smaller chunks and let thaw for 5 minutes to make them easier to blend.

2/ In a food processor or high-speed blender add bananas and blueberries. Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.

3/ Transfer to a bowl and top with desired toppings. I used chocolate shells, granola and grain puffs.
