At times, we find ourselves in certain situations that need us to take an action, but we find ourselves stuck with the right answer. In that moment, we may choose to easily rely on what we know, overthinking ourselves and even undergoing unnecessary pressure. But then, what if the answers to our worries lie in something so simple, but perhaps we couldn't see it?

Asking questions doesn't mean we are ignorant. It doesn't mean we're not knowledgeable either. It only means that we need more clarity over certain things or a better idea on how to go about a particular thing. It can also mean that we crave to learn, improve, and grow! No one knows it all right? And from my experience so far, we gather diverse knowledge the more we continue to open our hearts to listen to other people's experiences, stay curious, and be hungry for success.

Personally, what has kept me going is being open-minded, being teachable, and always seeking better knowledge from those that know more than I do. This morning, I stepped out for a business deal, and after discussing with the client, I was skeptical about the decision to take. Obviously, I had shallow knowledge of the deal, but then, I came home and remembered a friend of mine who is into similar business and consulted her immediately. The short session I had with her did not only expose me to new knowledge that guided me into making an informed decision over the business deal, but I also received help from her because I asked questions.

No one can go wrong with asking the right questions for more clarity rather than living with the limited knowledge you know or, better said, living in assumption. When you pretend to know it all, growth becomes far from you. You don't have to be too proud to admit that you know what you don't know and then stay silent. Sometimes, all we need is simply to ask questions..

What do I need to learn or unlearn to remain relevant? Is there something missing in me, perhaps a vacuum that needs to be filled for me to get things right? This sounds like a reflective question, especially when you decide to meditate on your personal growth, but whatever, questions of all kinds are necessary and bring about growth, that I know from experience.

I did a digital skill training with a friend some time ago, but something was missing. I didn't get things right, and so I wasn't seasoned enough to face the tech job offers flying around. I managed to get one, but I ruled myself out because I couldn't deliver a quality job. I had to ask important questions so I could improve and get what I want. No need to live by pretense, but stay true to myself. After finding answers to my questions, I had to enroll in another training for a better understanding. It's still a work in progress, but I know that to remain successful, I have to keep asking questions whenever necessary.

A friend who approached me in DM last week was confused about a thing; her expression could tell how frustrated she was with a knowledge she was battling with, but it took me less than 2 minutes to provide an answer to what troubled her. She was amazed and said, Thank God I asked!

**Our knowledge differs**; I can be exposed to a different field and you to another field, but think of asking questions to learn more and stay versatile rather than living in assumptions. Life is easier that way; you don't have to limit yourself when you have the opportunity to know more!
