When it comes to owning a home, everyone has different preferences. Personally, I have many things I am looking forward to having in my home... I love calling my house a home because a home sounds more welcoming, you know 😃. Being someone in real estate for many years now, I have diverse experiences of what some developers do while building. Choosing a small house, but very ready and expensive, wouldn't be a good choice for me, I must say.

In some of these small houses, you will find it difficult to have a spacious bedroom, thereby making your room look so disorganized. Any small house is simply a no-no for me regardless of how beautiful and well furnished the house looks.
No one cherishes stress, and having something done just so fast is so nice, but when it comes to my home, I would rather choose a bigger house that needs repair and remodeling as long as I have the resources available even though I understand the stress involved. Here, I will simply wear patience like a garment and bring my dream house into a reality. The feeling of being connected in the rebuilding of my home is heavenly. In this case, I decide how every feature I want in a home will be, where it will be, the kind of modern facilities I want to install, and much more.

This is me taking charge of my dream home and not someone's preference, you know, because obviously we don't have similar insight. An opportunity to have things just the way I want them will be a better choice for me regardless of the stress, the time it will consume, and how energy-draining it can be, but of course, I can deal with all these to get exactly what I desire. Remember, good things don't come so easy. No need to join the fast team,lol. No, I will rather choose to repair to my liking. It will turn out to be more comfy and relaxing!
