Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're doing well. This week's post is really interesting. Can hive be compared to other social media platforms? Can hive be compared to other social media platforms? This is something I've been thinking about. My thoughts might differ from yours. But let's be open to some arguments.
Initially, hive was just a regular blog. It shifted many people from writing on Blogspot or WordPress. If you enjoy writing, then you'll be familiar with those platforms. For me, when I first joined hive, I switched my writing platform from WordPress to hive.

The interesting thing was that we could interact with many people in the comments section. On WordPress, I couldn't reach my readers. I needed to join the blogging community and share my writing. Or, I shared my blog on social media in the hope that my friends would read it.
A few years after joining hive, it started to change. There are a lot of changes here. Including the snaps feature, both on Inleo and other platforms. In fact, using this platform is similar to Treads and Twitter (currently X). We can update our status with small things we think about.

It's just that these two platforms are more familiar. Can Hive compete with mainstream social media? I think so, but it's a bit difficult to join Hive when registering. Signing up for other social media platforms is easier than Hive. But for me, I share more about myself here.
I haven't updated social media for several months. In fact, I don't even have a personal Instagram account. So, for me, Hive can replace other social media platforms. That's all I can tell you. What do you think? Do you agree? See you in the next story.
