Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're well. This year's Ladies of Hive theme is truly fascinating. Do we need to forgive everyone who hurts us? I'd like to answer based on my healing journey. I also learned healing from my younger sister, who is also healing.
For me, healing doesn't mean going for walks or hanging out in aesthetic cafes doing whatever we want. For me, healing is about accepting all the unpleasant and unacceptable events in our body and mind. Next, forgiving all of those events. And the final step is letting them all go.

The human body doesn't accept trauma, painful experiences, and so on. Signs can be simple, ranging from restless sleep, lack of focus, and feeling tired even after ample rest. These are small signs that our bodies are carrying the burden of the past, trauma, and so on.
As we move on, we might start to tremble. We can already feel the signs. Our bodies can sense these signs. We need to be sensitive. So, do we need to forgive everyone and everything that hurts us? My answer is simple: Yes, we need to forgive everyone and everything.

So that it doesn't become a burden on our bodies. After letting go of everything, we need to choose whether or not to interact with that person again. Or just a little. Essentially, after we accept, forgive, and let go, we truly return to pure, boundless love.
Love without any conditions. Whether the relationship improves or becomes complicated is beyond our control. We, as humans, need to spread love. I also once prayed for someone I hated with 10 good deeds. What happened?

I did it every day. My body felt very warm. Very light, without any burdens anymore. For me, this is the miracle of love after going through the process of accepting, forgiving, and letting go. During this ritual, I also experienced many miracles.
It's truly extraordinary in my life. That's all I can share. This is my healing experience for almost four months. That's all I can share. What do you think? Do you feel the same? See you in the next story.
