Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all doing well. Thank you for asking some interesting questions. I actually wanted to answer two questions today. But let's see. I want to answer question number three: what am I grateful for today?
To be honest, I don't keep a gratitude journal every day. But I agree that gratitude journaling makes us more prosperous. For several months, I've been studying the Sedona Method and releasing emotions with it. Many things have miraculously come into my life.

Things I initially thought impossible have become possible, and they just happen. What I learned from Sedona is to release all emotions within me, including desires, because desires and expectations can torment us, preventing us from enjoying the present.
I learned that we need to think only about the present, not the future. Sometimes, our minds constantly drift to the future, projecting every event that will happen in the future. As a result, what is in the present is not felt and cannot be enjoyed. As the Sedona Method says, we need to be present.

Honestly, I have a lot of desires and fears. I never sit with them. Sometimes, I let go of those fears. Then, I feel even more restless. Sedona is like meditation. I follow its instructions. And then, after I let go of everything, I feel incredibly abundant.
What I'm grateful for is that my food supply is always plentiful. In fact, every time I buy breakfast at the small shop near my boarding house, I always get a free meal. This week, after I made peace with everything, I got the tripod I wanted. Even studying English for the IELTS feels incredibly easy.
Another amazing thing is that the manuscript I was supposed to edit was sent to me this week by the author. I got another side job, editing a book. I feel like I don't need to chase the future to the point of forgetting what's happening. That's all I can share from this story. Thank you for creating such an interesting topic. See you again.
