Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all well. I've been in Bandung for a while, but this is the first time I've seen a park transformed into something so unique. Bandung always has its own charm. Touring Bandung is impossible in a day. I visited here when I was a journalist.
Finally, I visited here recently, and there were some new things. What was it? The Lantern Park inside Tegalega Park. Tegalega Park, Bandung, is an iconic park in Bandung. It houses the Bandung Lautan Api monument, a landmark of Bandung.

Previously, this area was neglected, only for street vendors. Finally, it was revitalized and the Lantern Park was added to become a unique attraction. What's unique about this Lantern Park is that it features a large dinosaur replica that lights up at night.
Tegalega Park itself is taken from the Sundanese language and means very large. Tegalega Park covers 17 hectares. The Lantern Park is located right in front of the monument. Well, after looking around, it turns out that this park, or Lampion Park, was only built in 2019.

This park, or Lampion Park, is well-known to the public. Every day, the park attracts 200-300 people. However, on Sundays, the number can reach 1,000. The presence of these large dinosaur replicas is certainly a draw for children. Many children are drawn to this place.
Tegalaga Park itself is open from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. The Lampion Park is lit at 6 p.m. There are 20 dinosaur replicas that light up at night. There are plenty of seating areas beside the large pond, along with these dinosaur replicas.

To enter Lampion Park, visitors can pay an entrance fee of Rp. 1,000 to enjoy both Tegalaga Park and Lampion Park. That's all I have to say about this park. It feels like I'm reliving my childhood memories of visiting the park after visiting the Sri Baduga Museum. See you in another story.
