What do I do when I need motivation? What do I do when I need motivation? Simple, I rest. I take a break from everything. I sleep more, watch YouTube, write, and review the goals I've achieved. I reconsider whether the goal is relevant to my situation.
If it's not relevant, I change the goal. The first thing I do when I need motivation is get enough sleep. After sleeping, I start the day by reading a book. I review the books I've read to see if I've finished them all.

The most important thing is watching YouTube videos from various healing practitioners. There are the Sedona Method, Kunci Hidup, and others. I avoid watching YouTube videos about politics. For me, watching YouTube videos about politics makes things more complicated.
The most important thing about this practice is that I engage in healing practices. Meditation, the Sedona Method, and scripting. Another thing I like to do is painting. I visit art markets several times and chat with artists, painting relatively simple subjects.

After that, when I feel tired, I gradually improve. I review my goals and objectives. Is it in line with my goals and role? Is this goal making me too heavy? If it is, I'll lose weight. I'll do this for a day or two.
After a break, I'll return to normal. I'm reflecting on my life. Luckily, I'm not working full-time these days. I have a lot of time for myself. I'm also studying English. That's all I can share. What do you think? Is this what you do too?
