Hello friends and family! Sunday was Maye's birthday, my dental hygienist and coworker. It was small but full of sweetness and enough for those of us who were there.  A couple of hours later, after leaving work, we went for pizza at Terraza Biker, a new motorcycle-themed restaurant with an incredible view of the entire area and a pleasant atmosphere. There was no light at that moment, but it didn't matter because a gentle breeze was blowing onto the terrace.    We ordered a pizza with bacon, ham, and a little paprika. The crust was a little thin but very soft, and the mozzarella cheese was fresh, so the flavor was incredible. By the way, the hot paprika powder they add to taste was amazing. I couldn't stop adding it to my pizza slices. El domingo estuvo de cumpleaños Maye, mi higienista dental y compañera de trabajo, ese día por ser de descanso no fuimos a trabajar, por lo cuál decidimos celebrar al día siguiente, aunque fue un tanto improvisado todo, porque conversamos mucho acerca del tema y a la final no llegamos a un acuerdo.
Primero cantamos el cumpleaños feliz, aproximadamente a las tres de la tarde, con una porción de torta de tres leche con una cubierta de crema pastelera, era pequeña pero llena de dulzura y suficiente para los que estábamos presentes.
Un par de horas más tarde y luego de salir del trabajo fuimos por una pizza a Terraza Biker, un nuevo restaurante con temática de motos, con una vista increíble de toda la zona y un ambiente agradable, no había luz en ese momento pero no fue importante, porque la suave brisa entraba a la terraza.
Pedimos una pizza de tocineta, jamón y un poco de pimentón, su masa era un poco delgada pero muy suavecita en compañía del queso mozzarella, sus ingredientes estaban frescos así que su sabor era increíble, por cierto, el pimentón picante en polvo que colocan para agregarle al gusto estaba delirante, yo no podía parar de agregarle a mis pedazos de pizza.
Terminamos con nuestras barrigas llenas y muy contentas por celebrar el cumpleaños de tan importante miembro de nuestro equipo de trabajo y que sin ella no sería igual la jornada.
