Hello, moms and dads!  My daughters are the only girls in the family, so every moment with them becomes even more special. My uncles, grandparents, and great-grandparents do everything they can to make sure they have unforgettable moments. They love to spoil them, and Children's Day is no exception. So we prepare all the things that make them happy: desserts, sweets, a piñata, cake, donuts, and gelatin. They also received lovely gifts from my parents and uncles and aunts, such as clothes featuring their favorite characters and some accessories.    My aunt made mini doughnuts filled with caramel, chocolate chips, and peanuts, my mom made a cake with pastry cream, we all decorated together, and I was in charge of dressing the girls so they would look beautiful to enjoy their special day. So I took them to my grandparents' house (their great-grandparents) to surprise them, and boy did we succeed! When they saw the Minnie Mouse piñata, they were thrilled.    First, we enjoyed some delicious cherry jellies and crispy tequeños with lots of cheese. Not only did the girls eat, but we did too. They also played with some long colorful balloons that my aunt blew up for them, and they had a great time.    Then it was time to hit the piñata. We cheered her on, shouting, "Hit the piñata, hit the piñata!" Abby went first, as she is the youngest. She was very happy and excited and started hitting it. Then it was my eldest daughter Alys's turn. She struggled a bit because she is stronger, and my aunt tried to keep the piñata high up, But she still managed to reach it, so it wasn't an obstacle to hitting it, and she laughed a lot about it. The girls took turns, and it took a while for them to break the piñata. When we saw that it was breaking, they lay down on the floor, and my mom took the piñata and scattered its contents everywhere so they could collect the gifts and candy. My grandmother helped them put them away.   We also ate mini donuts and a little cake to finish off Children's Day. I always get very excited about creating these moments for them, and the best thing is having the support of my whole family to spoil them, let them know how much we all love them, and that they are a light in our lives. Mis hijas son las únicas niñas de la familia, así que cada momento con ellas se vuelve aún más especial, mis tíos, abuelos y bisabuelos hacen todo lo posible para que ellas tengan momentos inolvidables les encanta consentirlas y el día del niño no es la excepción, así que preparamos todas aquellas cosas, postres y chucherías que les hace felices, una piñata, pastel, donas y gelatinas, además recibieron lindos regalos de mis padres y tíos, como ropa de sus personajes favoritos y algunos accesorios.
Mi tía preparó mini donas rellenas con arequipe, chispas de chocolate y maní, mi mamá realizó un pastel con crema pastelera, entre todas decoramos y yo me encargue de vestir a las niñas para que lucieran hermosas para disfrutar de su día especial, así que luego las llevé a casa de mis abuelos (sus bisabuelos) para ser sorprendidas y vaya que lo logramos, cuándo vieron la piñata de Minnie Mouse sintieron una enorme emoción.
Primero disfrutamos de unas ricas gelatinas de cereza y crujientes tequeños con mucho queso, no sólo comieron las niñas, nosotros también lo hicimos, además jugaron con unos globos largos de colores que mi tía infló para ellas, se divirtieron un buen rato.
Después llegó el momento de darle palo a la piñata, le acompañamos con gritos diciéndo: "Dale a la piñata, dale a la piñata" el primer turno fue de Abby ya que es la más pequeña, muy feliz y entusiasmada empezó a darle palo, luego fue el turno de Alys mi hija mayor, sufrió un poco ya que ella tiene más fuerza y mi tía trataba de dejarle la piñata en lo más alto, pero igual lograba alcanzarle así que no fue impedimento para llegar a darle y se reía mucho por ello, las niñas se turnaban y la piñata llevó un tiempo que pudieran romperla, cuándo vimos que se estaba rompiendo ellas se colocaron en el piso y mi mamá tomó la piñata y regó su interior por todas partes para que pudiesen recoger los obsequios y golosinas, mi abuela les ayudó a guardarlos.
También comimos las mini donas y un poco de pastel, para terminar la celebración del Día del Niño, siempre me hace mucha ilusión poder crear estos momentos para ellas y lo mejor es tener el apoyo de toda mi familia para consentirlas, hacerles saber lo amadas que son por todos nosotros y que son una luz en nuestras vidas.
